4 Month Appointment
Yesterday Liam had his 4 month appointment. He now weighs - drumroll, please - 18 lbs 4 oz! I actually have to say I was a little disappointed. After months of gaining 2-3 pounds he only gained a bit over 1 pound this time. (He was 17 lbs 5 oz at 3 months but was wearing jeans and a heavy jacket - this time he just had shorts and a t-shirt) The doctor says he looks to be a very happy and healthy baby!

What a big boy you have! What percentile is he?
Sheri - he's been pretty consistently in the 90-95% for both weight and length. I'm very curious to see if he'll continue to be this big!
Disappointed?!?!? We've got every figner crossed in my family that Brody is 18 lbs on his check up on the 20th. His SIXTH month check up. LOL.
Is he on cereal or fruit yet?
Kate - we are just getting going with cereal, fruit, and veggies. He gets a meal of 2 tbls of cereal and 2 tbls of veggies once a day. Next week, I am adding a second feeding.
